Dropz Demo

Dropz is a 6 reel slot with up to 262144 ways to win made by Elk Studios. It has a RTP of 94%, high volatility and a maximum win of 25000x your bet.

Now Elk Studios have released this slot with an even lower RTP then their usual RTP setting of 95% which we still consider to be on the low side and we are now looking at 94% which in our book at least is pretty unacceptable even if they have upped the maximum win amount to 25000x your bet which is of course very good.

Personally we are not going to play non progressive jackpot slots with this RTP value but the choice is of course up to you as you may well feel different about this.

Theme wise we find ourselves looking at a candy fruit hybrid theme done in typical Elk Studios style which is to say its a pretty decent looking and sounding slot machine.

Now the gameplay (as you will find out when you play the demo) is quite similar to several other Elk Studios slots in that the grid is expanding and often contracting back down before the maximum grid size and the number of paylines is reached.

We rather like this mechanic so no complaints from us about that. Add to that the bonus game (there are actually several) which also brings into play multipliers and there is some excitement to be found when playing Dropz.

However the chocolate blocks tended to get pretty annoying as all they do is get in the way, you can removed them in the ultimate bonus round but this is only available to buy at a massive 500x your bet which is pretty high and very risky.

This is one of those slots that you really need to try the buy features on in demo mode to make up your own mind as to whether or not its worth playing for real money and/or using the buy feature.

Personally we think that it is fun enough in demo mode but we will not be playing this slot for real money oursevles.
